We operate certain subdomains located at pollen.co and the corresponding mobile applications (together and separately, the Service) that enable a consumer (Customer) to purchase tickets, vouchers and other related services (together, Tickets) and related merchandise (Merchandise) for events organized by participating third parties (Event Organizers), promoted by persons authorized by us (Members) and using links to the Sales Platform provided to the Members by us (Links).
This privacy policy (Privacy Policy) will inform you as to how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (regardless of where you visit it from) and tell you about your privacy rights and how the law protects you.
This Privacy Policy aims to give you information on how Pollen collects and processes your personal data through your use of this website, including any data you may provide through this website when you purchase a Ticket and/or Merchandise.

THE DATA WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU

As a Customer purchasing a Ticket and/or Merchandise through our Services, we will collect information about you in order for us to fulfil your purchase.
We also collect, use and share Aggregated Data such as statistical or demographic data for any purpose. Aggregated Data could be derived from your personal data but is not considered personal data in law as this data will not directly or indirectly reveal your identity. For example, we may aggregate your Usage Data to calculate the percentage of users accessing a specific website feature. However, if we combine or connect Aggregated Data with your personal data so that it can directly or indirectly identify you, we treat the combined data as personal data which will be used in accordance with this privacy policy.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health, and genetic and biometric data). We will share your personal data with organisers of events for which you have purchased tickets, goods or services in order to ensure their delivery (“Vendors”). We will only ever share your personal data with Vendors for marketing purposes if you have consented to us doing so. Members may update their “Settings” in their Member Account any time.
We may also share any information that we receive through the Service with vendors and service providers retained in connection with the provision of the Service, including for data analytics purposes. One of the service providers that we use for data analytics is Google Analytics. If you do not want Google Analytics to collect and use information about your use of the Services, then you can install an opt-out in your web browser (https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout/) to opt out across all websites. Alternatively if you are a Member, you can opt out in the settings area of your Member account, or as a customer you can opt-out by following the appropriate link in your email communications from us.
